For uncompromised attention and quality, we work with a limited number of clients / properties, offering a personalized bespoke service.

Leaving a residential property empty for short or long term can expose it to a whole array of risks: from security risks (okupas = squatters, burglaries, vandalism...) and accidental damage risks (burst waterpipes, broken windows, pest entrance...) and even public liability risks (storm damage, trees falling on the public road, water leaking into neighboring apartments or property...).

• We always suggest a preliminary face-to-face interview to discuss options

PRICING

To get some idea of prices, a standard security check service with twice a week visits would start from:

• € 100  / month for 2 bed apartments

• € 150 / month for townhouses

• € 250 / month for villas
